Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 July 2026
These terms are the agreement covering your use of the Tiny Keeps app and this website. Contact us at support@tinykeeps.app. By creating an account you accept them.
Who can use Tiny Keeps
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. The app is for parents and guardians archiving material made by children in their care. If you add a child profile or upload a child's work, you confirm you are that child's parent or guardian, or have their parent or guardian's permission.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Your content stays yours
The photographs, titles, and descriptions in your account belong to you. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the narrow licence needed to run the service: to store your files, process them so the app can name and categorise them, and render them into books you ask for. That licence exists only to operate Tiny Keeps for you, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.
We will not use your photographs to train artificial intelligence models, and we will not publish, license, or sell them.
Automatic titles and descriptions
Titles, descriptions, and categories are generated automatically and will sometimes be wrong, odd, or unhelpful. They are suggestions. You can edit or delete any of them, and you should not rely on them as an accurate record of anything.
What you may not do
- Upload material you have no right to upload, or that depicts a child in a way that is unlawful or exploitative.
- Upload anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to access another account, probe our systems, or interfere with the service.
- Resell or redistribute the service.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the material involves the abuse or exploitation of a child, we will act immediately and report it to the relevant authorities.
Free plan and Pro
The free plan includes a limit of 50 keeps. Automatic naming is included on every plan. Pro removes the capacity limit and is billed monthly or yearly.
On the free plan you may have one book at a time. You can delete that book and create a new one. To keep more than one book, you need Pro.
All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you cancel through your Apple subscription settings, not through us. Because Apple takes the payment, Apple also handles refunds — we cannot issue them. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects a renewal.
If your Pro subscription lapses while you are over the free limit of 50 keeps, your existing keeps stay safe and remain viewable, and your books still work. You will not be able to add new keeps until you are back under 50 or resubscribe to Pro.
Books
Books are generated from a snapshot of your keeps at the moment you create them, so later edits do not alter a finished book. You may have one book being generated at a time. The PDF is yours to print or share.
Availability
We aim to keep Tiny Keeps running but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice.
Keep your own backups
Tiny Keeps is an archive, not a guarantee. Storage systems fail. If a keep is the only surviving copy of something that matters to you, keep a copy outside the app as well.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Tiny Keeps is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Tiny Keeps and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end your access if you materially breach these terms. Deletion is permanent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be heard in the courts there. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Tiny Keeps after that means you accept the new version.
